MEETING
We get to know each other and discuss video ideas, budget and general plan
QUOTE
We create a Proposal for your custom project
PRE-PRODUCTION PLANNING
•Script template is sent
•Storyboard & Shots list created based on the script outline
•Zoom meeting to confirm video outline and pick a shoot date•Client folder is set up with brand assets & material
FILM DAY
•Set Up 1-2 hours
•Interview/Client dialog (1-2 hours, depending on video length and client)
•Reset for b-roll (1-2 hours)
POST-PRODUCTION
•First draft within 5-7 business days of shoot date
•Client reviews and sends feedback
•Updated video - Revision 1 is sent (If necessary)
•Client reviews and sends feedback
•Updated video - Revision 2 is sent (If necessary)
•Video is finalized
FINAL METING
Final Meeting to share brief publishing strategy (if necessary)
